“Savoring time” is a reflection on that most elusive medium– the thing we never have enough of. We race against it, squander it, watch it fly, try to use it wisely, then eventually, accept that we will run out of it.

Even though we can’t literally stop time, these eight images capture delicious food moments, and, if only for a second, freeze them, so we can revisit and savor them, as often, and for as long as we want.

Melanie Dunea is an American photographer and author of five books including the My Last Supper collection. Her photographs have been exhibited around the world and published in international magazines and advertising campaigns. Based in New York City, Melanie finds herself traveling non-stop and she is trying to make more time.
