La Boîte has partnered with Seed + Mill, artisan producers of fresh tahini and halva, to produce inspired blends using their roasted select Ethiopian sesame seeds. Sesame combines with salt, sweet, and spice, each blend perfect for quickly finishing dishes, elevating breakfasts, and adding a little sesame to your life.
Jim Meehan – PDT
La Boîte’s Lior Lev Sercarz and star mixologist Jim Meehan present 4 new spice blends to create the perfect Bloody Mary every time and in a flash. Each of the blends comes with a recipe card. These drinks require a few simple ingredients and can be made up to 2 days in advance, allowing you to focus on your guests rather than mixing drinks to order. Lior and Jim created these unique blends so you can discover Bloody Marys in a new, refreshing, and elegant way that is not only reserved for brunch.
La Boîte and Brooklyn Brewery collaborated in the Summer of 2013 to create Cuvée La Boîte. This Belgian-style beer is part of the brewery’s brew master collection and features the Mishmish N.33 spice blend as well as kaffir lime leaves and Espelette pepper.

Having worked together for 3 years, Eric Ripert of Manhattan’s Le Bernardin and Lior Lev Sercarz of La Boîte have decided to collaborate in the creation of a unique line of spices. Drawing inspiration from their international travels, their shared passion for global cuisines, and their cities of origin, Eric and Lior are thrilled to introduce The Voyager Collection. This exclusive selection of travel-friendly spices will allow chefs and home cooks alike to elevate everyday dishes as well as elaborate preparations while at home or on the go.
Christopher Curtin – Éclat Chocolate
During the winter, La Boîte offers a unique collection of premium chocolates and hot chocolates, a combined creation of Éclat Chocolate Master Christopher Curtin and La Boîte Spice Master Lior Lev Sercarz. The chocolate and the hot chocolate are made by combining the exclusive chocolate with La Boîte’s signature spices. Christopher Curtin is a Master Chocolatier who has worked in some of the most prestigious and prolific kitchens around the world.
Apollonia Poilâne and Lior met through Olivier Roellinger, a mutual friend, and soon after the Apollonia N.29 blend was born. Since then the two like to collaborate whenever possible. Poilâne’s Not For Dogs (Pas Pour Les Chiens) biscuits (2011) featured a custom blend created for the collection.
