Returns & Exchanges

Here at La Boîte, we believe in the high quality of our products. Shipments leave our facility only after being carefully prepared, inspected, and packed.

All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges.

If for any reason there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at info@laboiteny.com.

Once you receive your order, if there is an issue with the shipment we ask that you please do not immediately discard any of the product, packaging, or packing slips included in the shipment.  We will request information and photos for our shipper and to investigate the delivery and any issues.
