One of my new favorite condiments - Lime Leaf Vinaigrette is saucy and delicious. Around here we like to call it Liquid Gold because its deliciously rich, bright, and is uniquely floral from the fragrant lime leaves. Drizzle it on your next watermelon salad or into the center of a hummus plate. Slathered it over roasted chicken or perfectly steamed corn. It’s definitely going to be a very special fridge staple.
