Why choose pizza or garlic bread when you can have both. I love having this with salad or broccoli and Parmesan pasta.
Ingredients
½ baguette, split lengthwise (200g)
1 Tbsp butter, softened (14g)

1 Tbsp olive oil (14g)

2 tsp Pizza Posto spice blend
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (20g)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped or grated on a microplane zester
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, using convection if available.
Mix the butter, olive oil, Pizza Posto spice blend, and Parmesan cheese.
Spread evenly between the 2 baguette halves.
Bake on a tray for 10 minutes or until bread is golden brown and crispy on the edges and tender on the inside.

The seasoned butter and cheese mixture can be made in a larger batch and kept on hand for toast, pizza crust, or tossed through freshly cooked pasta with fresh basil or parsley.
The fresh garlic can be substituted with ½ tsp of garlic powder or to taste.
