Bright and fresh with the richness of good olive oil, this simple vinaigrette perks up any dish.
Ingredients
½ cup lemon juice

½ cup olive oil

1 tsp fine sea salt
-
1 tsp Sumac
-
1 tsp black pepper, ground
-
1 tsp granulated onion
Directions
Measure the ingredients in a clean jar with a leakproof lid.
Shake to blend well.

Make sure the jar you use has a little extra room for shaking.
This vinaigrette can also be made by measuring the ingredients into a bowl and whisking to combine well.

Great as a vinaigrette for a basic salad
