Tomahawk Broccoli

Thick slices of broccoli cook up tender and crisp in the oven. A great use of the Pierre Poivre N7 blend that shows how well it goes with vegetables.

Pierre Poivre N7 – Recipe by Lior Lev Sercarz

Serves 4 as a side dish

Ingredients & Instructions

1 large head of broccoli
Pierre Poivre N7 spice
Fleur de sel or kosher salt depending on what you have
Olive oil
1 lemon

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Slice the broccoli lengthwise into thick slices (about 1/2″), slicing larger stems in half lengthwise also. Some florets may fall off, this is ok.

Rub the florets with olive oil, Pierre, and salt and roast for 10-12 minutes per side, until well browned.

Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
