Ingredients
- 1 large head of broccoli
- Pierre Poivre N7 spice
- Fleur de sel or kosher salt depending on what you have
- Olive oil
- 1 lemon
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Slice the broccoli lengthwise into thick slices (about 1/2"), slicing larger stems in half lengthwise also. Some florets may fall off, this is ok.
- Rub the florets with olive oil, Pierre, and salt and roast for 10-12 minutes per side, until well browned.
- Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
