I use Ararat constantly…especiall for grilled chicken thighs and turkey and lamb burgers. It gives a subtle smokey flavor.
great addition to eggs, vegetables, fish, and pasta when you want a solid base note in flavor.
I ran out of this really quickly. Throw it on anything, put it in the oven and it's delicious every time.
I used the spice with the sweet potatoes and red onion dish. The spicy added an interesting component and made the dish very tasty.
