These garlic slices are tasty, versatile time savers. The only drawback is I don’t get the garlic oil I love to use after making my own.
I look forward to trying these in more recipes, as they have a light but almost sweet garlicy taste that is really nice (the challenge is having the patience to not just snack on them!)

Love these. I use garlic infused oil and garlic chips spooned over fish. These chips save about 30 minutes with no chance of burning
