I bought this initially to make my own lemon preserves using the La Boite recipe online, and it came out so incredible! But then I had some left over, and randomly tossed it on some chicken, and was floored by how delicious it was again. I will definitely be ordering it again!
I probably use this spice the most. I find it flavors my fish, chicken, beef, lamb, and pork as well. It’s also great for chili and tacos � love it! It’s a great blend. It has a medium heat and seems to enhance the flavor of almost any dish.
I have reordered this product. It is the perfect choice when wanting to add a flavorful yet tolerable heat to a dish.
This is my go to spice blend. I’m on my third one! Especially great on salmon.
