I literally use this spice blend on everything from burgers to chicken, on top of hummus and on top of labne. It’s super versatile and absolutely yummy.
This is my favorite blend so far. I’ve tried 7 different ones. I put this on salads, avocado, chicken, fish, basically everything. I would recommend not cooking with it though. For example, roast vegetables with olive oil only then sprinkle this on top after they’re cooked. Or bake a piece of fish with garlic and and olive oil, then add the spice later.
I love your spices, but actually haven't used the three I just purchased because I can't remember the recipes (from your emails) that made me buy them, and never remember which spice blend goes with what, so they end up sitting in my spice cabinet unused. My loss. La Boite's mistake in not labeling them with primary ingredients and/or applications e.g. Use with fish, poultry or vegetables; use on beef or vegetables.
