Preserved lemons are one of our most important fridge staples.  Lior's beloved recipe of perfectly sliced lemons hand layered with our Izak blend and curing seasonings gets submerged in Israeli olive oil to tender perfection.  The recipe is an homage to his Tunisian grandfather (Izak) who made them for his grandchildren and the tradition is passed down through generations with our very special jar of love.
