Shabazi Potato Wedges
This is one of my favorite quick recipes to make for a side dish or appetizer. It can be made in advance and reheated before serving. You can sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the potatoes once they come out of the oven for even more flavor.

This is one of my favorite quick recipes to make for a side dish or appetizer. It can be made in advance and reheated before serving. You can sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the potatoes once they come out of the oven for even more flavor.
Ingredients
2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and cut into wedges

Olive oil
-
Shabazi N38
-
Salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 Tbsp Izak N37
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, Shabazi, and salt and spread on a roasting pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until tender inside and crisp and golden outside.
Meanwhile, whisk the mayonnaise together with the lemon juice, Izak, and salt to taste.
Serve the potatoes warm with the aioli on the side.
Recipe Note
Variations & Ideas
• Replace the mayonnaise with labne or greek yogurt.
• Replace the potatoes with sweet potatoes or a mix of zucchini and carrots.
