Tahini Creamed Spinach
A delicious, dairy free version to the decadent classic. This creamed spinach benefits from dried garlic slices, Aleppo chili, and our tahini to make fresh creamed spinach in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 10oz package fresh spinach
- 2 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp dried garlic slices

½ cup tahini
- ½ cup water

1 tsp fine sea salt

1 Tbsp Aleppo
Directions
- In a heavy bottom skillet, heat the olive oil and garlic over medium heat.
- When warmed through add the spinach and begin to stir to wilt.
- When half wilted, add the tahini, water and salt and continue stirring continuously until the spinach is wilted and creamy.
- Finish with Aleppo and enjoy right away. As the dish sits it can look separated, just give it a good stir and it will come back to creamy again.
