United States❤️❤️ ‘Let me count the ways!’ Although I often only use a pinch at a time, rarely a day goes by that I don’t reach for this beauty. I think it is quite healthful. All those pepper varieties tickle the biome! Maybe with this larger size I will start crusting salmon or steak or cauliflower (ever so light a crust… blended with panko and grate parm??). Eggs are improved. Potatoes sweet or Idaho or waxy or teensy tiny. Broccoli. It balances the strong flavor of kale, but now also wonder about fruit; mango! strawberries, açaí? pineapple… Linda
