After dressing green beans or zucchini with olive oil, vinegar and/or lemon juice, I add salt, pepper and kibbeh. Tastes so much better with the Kibbeh and its so easy!
I grew up eating Kibbeh. I love lamb. I've been experimenting with making my own [bulk] sausage. Figured this spice/herb blend would be good mixed with ground lamb. Film at 11. I did use this in some BBQ-ish pulled pork last night. Super good!!
