United StatesI recently bought La Boite ground Jalapeño-it was almost an afterthought to add to my spice cabinet for a quick fix when I was making tacos or guacamole or egg dishes and for the many times I forget to get the fresh ones....This is a wow spice! I have used it in every dish I could think of & although you might miss the crunch of finely chopped jalapeño you certainly don't miss the flavor...as an added use..when I do have the fresh ones & remove the seeds, using this ground spice in addition to the fresh gives it the spiciness in a very uniform way..where you don't get a mouth full of the seeds in one bite. I love it!
