Love this blend. It’s terrific on fish (with some olive oil) or on chicken. What I use it for the most is as the herb base for a vinaigrette. Moishe’s olive oil, my homemade red wine vinegar and a small grated garlic clove—along with Mediterranean lemon spice blend . . . Perfection
This spice adds so much flavor to my fish I I also added it to roasted potatoes It is my new favorite spice!
Delicious on roasted salmon and Black Sea bass and adds so much flavor to roasted cauliflower. Would probably be great on roasted Brussel sprouts and other veggies. I received my first jar as a gift and had to get another jar.
