I use this in qluten free scones for my husband. It is by far the best tasting Orange Flower Water that I've had. It's strong and fresh. People always want to know what is in them, besides the obvious beautiful blue berries from our garden, the fresh lemon peel, but the something else is this "Orange Blossom Water" added to the buttermilk. It has a permanent place in my pantry.
